Cleanliness is next to…

Residing in my basement is a total of: 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, numerous diy(or-at-least-try-to) home improvment opportunities…

Of the dryer pair, dryer #1 works wonderfully. Dryer #2 on the other hand may or may not. SInce dryer #1 was working, there was no need to test it. [note: the reason for having two dryers is that they were there when I moved in]

The washing machines are another story. Washer #1 was also here when I moved in, and it’s problem is that it does not agitate nor spin. Washer #2, I just picked up off craigslist. In the listing it stated that it worked fine, only no cold water. Only there seems to be more things wrong. It spins, though doesn’t seem to agitate. The water doesn’t seem to stop running during the cycle so I think the water level control may be faulty, which may also be the cause of the agitationlessness. Lord, help!

I am in the midst of the project as I write to you, and am now returning to attend to its completion.
